"I would like to commend one of your employees, Jonny Olson for his honesty and integrity. On January 28, I had an appointment for an estimate for additional insulation in my attic. My house is 22 years old and I figured that I probably didn't have enough for the cold Minnesota winter.

After Jonny inspected the attic, he said"You have a boatload of insulation up there, and the installers did a great job in the vent area." He also said that in all his years of doing this, my house was one of only a few that had enough insulation.

Bottom line, I didn't need more insulation and he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. Being a single woman, I come across many unscrupulous salesmen who will say anything to make a sale.

Window Concepts is fortunate to have someone like Jonny on the sales team because he represents your company in such a positive light. I can tell you, that even though I didn't purchase anything, I will be talking to my neighbors about my positive experience with Window Concepts. Word-of-mouth referrals go a long way in my neighborhood.
